Who are we?

Shamrock Cottages was started in 1979 and was the original cottage letting agency specialising in Ireland.  As such, we have coveted a niche market of remote and secluded cottages and have established long standing relationships with our owners, whose properties we let year after year.

We have continued as a small independent letting agency over the last 40 years and have a fine selection of about 300 cottages in our portfolio.  We pride ourselves on offering a very personal service and our dedicated team of knowledgeable staff are on hand to provide support and assistance to owners.

What we can offer

We can provide your cottage with universal visibility through our online advertising campaign with search engines, the many global websites that we use and travel agencies abroad. We also have a strong database of existing, loyal clients who have been booking with us over the years and who receive our annual brochure.

We regularly send out e-shots to our database of both regular and new customers.

We are happy to visit your property with no obligation and provide advice on expected returns and rental levels. We make every effort to present each cottage to its best advantage with accurate description, location on googlemaps with streetview and professionally taken photos inside and out.
