COVID-19

Most of our team are now working from home and as such our working office hours are between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday when our phones are manned. We do check emails over the weekends and can respond to any urgent queries.

Latest Restrictions

Restrictions have now been lifted with no need to fill out passenger locator forms. However, guidance can change at short notice so you should check Irish Government advice before you travel on the following website:-

    Lockdown

The Irish Government has a ‘Framework for living with Covid-19’ and this details 5 levels – level 1 being the opening up of the country and level 5 being full lockdown of the country.

We do our best to contact all guests affected by restrictions, however, it remains the responsibility of guests to ensure they are complying with the law.

If you are unable to take up your booking due to legal travel restrictions caused by Covid-19 (including period of quarantine on arrival in Ireland), you have the following options to choose from:-

    • Transfer your holiday to later dates in 2022 and that will include any payment made.
    • Cancel your booking and receive a full refund of the amount paid, minus a 5% card charge. Please be advised that our owners are paid in advance so payments may have to be reimbursed first from the owner in order to facilitate your refund and your patience is appreciated should this be the case.

When rebooking, just let us know the cottage number and dates or quote your old booking reference number and we will apply the credit we hold on file for you to your new dates.

For your peace of mind, all our owners are adhering to the Failte Ireland Covid-19 cleaning guidelines for self-catering cottages which can be viewed at this link (section 13):

There is a requirement for each holidaymaker to be self-responsible and we would suggest you pack additional disinfectant, cleaning wipes, kitchen paper, hand sanitizer and bin bags.

You may also wish to take your own bed linen and towels if you have concerns over this.
