A short drive of 2 miles brings you to the village of Rosslare and Rosslare Strand, where you can go swimming, kayaking, or surfing in the summer and take long walks on the beach in autumn and winter.

This corner of Ireland is especially popular with those who enjoy spending time on the beach; the golden sand of St Helen’s Bay Beach is less than 5 miles away. Alternatively, visit the Irish National Heritage Park (9.5 miles) and a fascinating journey through 9,000 years of Irish history from the Neolithic period.
