This pretty, stone-fronted property is set over one level and is super welcoming throughout. Create delicious meals in the cottage kitchen/diner which has everything you need to cook up a storm, as well as a handy washing machine and tumble dryer. Sit around the dining table and socialise, eating together or playing games. Head through to the pretty lounge which has an open fire, with some logs provided, and seating in front of the TV. When you are ready for some shuteye, head through to one of the four bedrooms. You can pick from three doubles or a twin room, all of which contain TVs and have en-suite shower rooms. A separate bathroom contains a bath and a WC. Outside is a large wrap-around garden which has loads of lawn space where you can enjoy the sunshine or dine alfresco using the BBQ and patio furniture.

The home overlooks Grange Lake and boasts exclusive access to a private boat jetty. The many lakes surrounding the area are a haven for coarse and pike fishing.
