It is situated on the main Ring of Beara route to Castletownbere (which runs between the house and sea) and approx 5 minute walk to Glengarriff village for shops, restaurants, Internet cafe, pubs, 9-hole golf course with sea views. Boat trips to Garnish Island and exotic garden, with National Forest Park nearby and Lady Bantry's Lookout viewing point.  Use of owner's private access to the sea.  Barbecue and garden furniture. Spacious, enclosed backyard.
