Booking options
We offer a range of cancellation options to suit your needs. The level of flexibility you choose determines your refund eligibility. All refunds must be requested before midday on the agreed date.
Please note, the Flexible cancellation terms offered are determined by your proposed arrival date.
If you cancel prior to the holiday arrival date you may be due a partial refund from the Owner.
Please note, the booking fee and Deposit are both non-refundable in all circumstances, when you cancel under our standard booking terms (unless the Owner cannot make the property available to you for your booking).
If you cancel, the refund due will depend on the amount of notice you give us before the holiday start date. The refund will be calculated as follows:
- 21 or less days’ notice – No refund due
- 22-35 days’ notice – 10% of the total accommodation cost
- 36-49 days’ notice – 20% of the total accommodation cost
- 50-63 days’ notice – 40% of the total accommodation cost
- More than 63 days’ notice – your liability to pay the balance will be waived, however, the Deposit will not be refunded. If the holiday was paid in full and more than 63 days’ notice is provided then two-thirds of the total accommodation cost will be refunded.
If a refund is due, we will aim to return the applicable amount within 10 working days of cancellation.
Where a booking has been taken with a deposit which is less than our standard Deposit (one-third of the total accommodation cost), you will be liable to pay the difference between the reduced deposit and our standard Deposit within 10 days of cancelling the booking.

- Accidental Damage Deposit or Waiver will be refunded if cancelled before midday 63+ days prior to arrival
- If cancelled within 63 days of arrival, standard terms apply
If a refund is due, we will aim to return the applicable amount within 10 working days of cancellation.

- Accidental Damage Deposit or Waiver will be refunded if cancelled before midday 28 days prior to arrival
- If cancelled within 28 days of arrival, standard terms apply

- Accidental Damage Deposit or Waiver will be refunded if cancelled before midday 7 days prior to arrival
- If cancelled within 7 days of arrival, standard terms apply
