Detached stone cottage, recently completely renovated, on quiet country, cul-de-sac road. It is situated within walking distance of its own secluded 12 acres with slipway and hut on the shore of the natural Ballynakill Harbour (an ideal location for sailing and sea kayaking). The village of Letterfrack (4 klms) has shops, pubs, and restaurants. Very scenic area with Connemara National Park, Twelve Pin Mountains (2359ft), many lakes, coral beaches and beautiful drives. Kylemore Abbey and Lough and Killary Harbour. Sandy beaches at Cleggan and Renvyle (nearest about 8 klms). Delphi Adventure Centre for boating, climbing, etc. Garden with furniture.
